You can do this using Streak. Streak is no-code/low-code platform that allows users to create strategies/scanners without having to learn any programming language. Certain pattern-based scanners are already available as a template in the Discover section where the user only has to provide and name and run. You will find conditions for the Triangle pattern in the scanner Discover section.
