It must be expired or he must have collected cards from a very long time back. When they valid it just cannot mean he can use it
Not sure. Could be debit cards as well. Just not possible in my opinion for one man to get 1600 plus valid working CREDIT CARD
But Guiness has verified it so must be valid. Would be nice to know if these are active cards……
