Why it shows different price at closing then what we have on charts? I was tracking the price till last minute on chart it shows above 4100 but after close the price changed.

It is due to the difference in LTP and closing price
LTP which you are seeing in chart represents the actual last traded price, while the closing price is calculated as a weighted average of the last 30 minutes of trading.
