Dear sir, 

          I want coding for my strategy for pi. Strategy should be as written below.

Buy : when candle close above 200 time series moving avg. And time 1:00 pm

Sell:  when candle close below 200 time series moving avg. And time 1:00 pm

Buy Exit : price + 30

Sell Exit : price - 30

Sl buy : price - 15

Sl sell : price + 15

I want signal only once a day at 1:00 pm if it is.

As per the above condition can not be coded in tradescript with respect to time.
