1 You must transfer funds from bank accounts linked with Zerodha
2 When adding the payee or beneficiary, select the account type as Merchant and not Individual
3 Only select NEFT or RTGS for transactions
4 IMPS transfers can only be completed through bank accounts linked with Zerodha. IMPS transfers from unlinked bank accounts will be rejected
I am confused about point 1 and 3 and 4…
It seems like that for a linked account all modes are supported… then why the difference?
Why emphasise NEFT (<2L ₹ ) over IMPS even though both are equivalent?
This support page mentions the acc number to be MFDICC006498ABXXXX I had saved the same in my bank app.
but the order history page mentions the acc number to be NSEMF413906xxxxx which I didn’t notice this time
I had paid the amount via NEFT but the order couldn’t be placed all because zerodha failed to notify me of the change in saved beneficiary account number.
