Can this trigger be corrected - they trigger even on holidays unlike AMC SIPs whic skip holidays, and weekends. Coin SIPs deduct money even on holidays and then use the NAV of next working day for settlement - can this be fixed so that they dont trigger on holidays and work correctly.

For this, you can set up daily AMC SIP. The Zerodha SIP works on all days Monday ton Sunday, with 3 orders executing on Monday, but the amc SIP works from Monday to Friday. You can make your choice as per the scheme.
I have tired the daily SIPs as well and that is bugged too.
The eNACH mandate does not work properly with the daily SIPs - it only debits money once and then stops from the next day onwards. The support suggested to use UPI mandate - i did that too. Some days it debits money, some days it does not. Unreliable.
The point you mentioned here is the problem - it should not place three orders on Monday, only one. I have weekly SIPs setup for days of the week, and few of them got triggered yesterday - even though it was a holiday yesterday.
You did not really understand my problem here - i am not concerned about how many orders get placed - the issue is with orders triggering on holidays and weekends which should not get placed. This is something that is missing right now - AMC SIPs skip such dates but they are only on non-weekly modes so they do not work here.
