I tried to book fixed deposit at coin web portal , not sure for some reason it didn’t happen but the amount debited from my bank account. In the orders section, it is showing as success even though there is no fixed deposit provided in the holding section.
I have raised the support ticket (20260212941258) for the same on 12th Feb. I have been regularly following up with the support team, all i can get is automated replies and standard answers like we were working on it update you shortly.
I am tired of waiting so long for just to provide refund. Kindly help or provide suggestion to reach the (alternate support team/medium/any government entity) ?
