I have doubts in zerodha console. my account never went to 27,37,199.50 approx. (27Lac)
now a days because of confusion in interface im doubting this brokers now a days. Zerodha team kinldy help me to understand. why this spike i never have that much money injected in single day or accumulated.

does something happening in my broker account? like some banks manipulate the customers accounts. i seriously anxious here. Its the matter of trust.

Performance curve is an analytics tool calculated using various parameters and data points. It’s purely for analysis and has nothing to do with actual fund or security settlement, so there’s no need to worry.
Please DM your client ID or ticket number, and we’ll have this checked for you.

But from your reply i have another question. If its a performing graph for my account correct? or does it just random values shows/ if yes why we need that? i thought its really usefull tool to check how our equity/MF/Portfolio curve move with the time.
I have been facing the same issue, and they are still trying to fix it. They became aware of the issue when I opened a ticket with them on April 17, 2025.

oh is it? i am using zerodha for past 8yrs. i also lots of doubt money in ledger also. but never recorded the screen. simply believe this broker and keep money in it, learning market by loosing lot of money. if its the case its matter the trust for what the money we given. then i think i should reconsider these people. because i already lost a lot money and if trust also getting broken then i dont have any words.

The abnormal spike seen on the performance curve in both cases is due to a known system behavior, which is a result of payout and a ledger credit on the same day. We are testing a possible solution as we speak. We’ll be going live with them, along with a bunch of other improvements, in the coming week.
