Is there any way to get the live scanner alert on mobile text, telegram or WhatsApp or any notification apart from Streak mobile app?

Iam facing difficulty while creating streak strategy for below script could please help for the same.
Kindly note that the conditions for the block of “Passes any” cannot be implemented in the Streak platform as the functionalities are not supported.
