Corporate demat account registration Problem

I was planning to open a corporate demant account for reducing my taxiations But some CA says that to Open a corporate account we need NBFC licencse And some say we dont need it any person who is all ready using corporate demant account can please what have you done and team @Zerodha-Staff to please help me out with this problem
