I am planning to deploy a credit Spread which is going to be 6 months out i e for the month of December. This is going to be my first time to try a spread so far away.
Questions :
Is it actually worth it just to collect the theta
If you have tried it would you recommend any adjustments or watch outs

Not advisable slight move in opposite direction can be detrimental.

Take a debit or ratio spread instead due to current low vol.
