Credit of NCD in demat account

Recently i have applied for Muthoot finance NCD… when can i expect the credit of NCD in demat account ?

And how is this traded in demat platform ?

As per a document (Page 21) on their website -

Listing BSE

BSE shall be the Designated Stock Exchange for the Issue.

The NCDs are proposed to be listed within 6 Working Days from the Tranche II Issue Closing Date.

From Zerodha NCDs cant be applied under the primary market?

Currently you cannot apply for NCD IPOs. This is on our list of things to do. You can apply through GoldenPi or Netbanking ASBA using your Zerodha account details. Upon allotment the NCDs will be credited to your Zerodha demat account.
