I’m surprised that Zerodha still hasn’t delivered a reliable charting experience. I’m facing two immediate critical issues that are directly impacting my trading:
On the 75-minute timeframe, the moving averages do not load fully.
Switching to Heikin Ashi on the 75-minute timeframe results in incorrect Heikin Ashi charts , and the moving averages get distorted by a significant margin.
I’m attaching screenshots from Kite as well as competing platforms to help illustrate the problem more clearly. Frankly, it’s disappointing to see that a platform which claims to be largely bug-free is falling short on such core charting functionality.
The issue originates from the third-party charting library (Tradingview) we integrate with and occurs specifically on custom timeframes. Other platforms should be using a different version where this isn’t visible. Our team has already raised this issue with the provider, and TradingView typically resolves it with a version upgrade. As soon as TV provide the fix for the same, we will update it on our platform. Thanks for your understanding.
