Deductions for trading

Say I do this intraday trade on zerodha kite:

buy - MIS - 1000 shares @100 - xyz compamy
sell - MIS - 1000 shares @110 - xyz company

What is the total amount of deductions ( = charges + fees + STT + something else but not normally hidden + something else which is also not easy to find) ?

Is deductions is the right word to describe charges + fees + STT + something else but not normally hidden + something else which is also not easy to find ?
