I want to open a demat account in the name of my daughter. I know that it can be opened offline mode only. I have downloaded all the required forms to be filled. I have birth certificate of my daughter, a minor saving bank account in her name, her Minor pan card as well as minor adhar card. Now if someone helps me to fill all the forms. A youtube video link would be helpfull.

Why dont you approach the broker with whom you wish to open the demat account, I am sure some RM there will be able to assist you in filling up the forms.
