Dematerialisation of MRPL shares

Hi Guys,

My father-in-law holds 200 shares of MRPL in physical form certificate and he is looking for converting to demat account.

Can anyone please guide me to make this happen in a step by step way? Also, does Zerodha offers such services? He reached out to some locals and they tried to dupe him by asking to deposit some amount first.

How to convert physical share certificates into demat form?

You should mail the company RTA
They will update you on the status wether your stocks are still with them or with IEPF account.
Also they will ask for ISR forms 1-2-3
they are simply KYC and verification forms
