As part of NSE Indices’ periodic review, NSE has decided to make the following replacement of stocks in various indices. These changes will be effective from June 30, 2021. You can check the announcement here. As per the exchange announcement and a news report, the demerged entity will also be listed on the stock exchanges (after getting approvals) and a share swap merger will happen between SAMIL and Motherson Sumi Systems Limited. As per an investor presentation (Page 17), this is how things will change -
