I hold an secured NCD of DHFL of rs1000. So under new resolution i will receive 100% of the principal back as I hold less than rs 2 lakh.
My other query is if I buy or transfer secured NCD to my demat account from my parents and relatives which worth is rs50,000. Will I be new holder of the NCD of DHFL and as it’s under 2 lakh will I receive the money in 100% principal amount. Is there cut off to determine the holder of NCD of DHFL as at present it’s traded on BSE and NSE. Please answer both my queries as soon as possible.
So can I buy secured NCD from market suppose 100 NCD bonds worth 1lakh…will I receive Money for all bond’s
