Did not receive dividend in my bank account

The scrip in Question is HPCL. The dividend of Rs.14.5000 per share on HPCL was announced on 09/02/2018 with effective date on 28/02/2018 . It was not credited in my bank account. How should I proceed.

Have not received dividend of Bosch where effective date was 07/06/2018.

rs 100 per share dividend will be paid after AGM approval . agm is on August 24 for BOSCH.
