If direct funds is less expensive than regular funds then what is the reason people invest in regular funds.
Reasons:
- Lack of awareness.
- Difficulty in appying and tracking.
- Not in best interest of someone selling you funds, as he will not get comissions, so they don’t recommend direct plans.
- Some people need recommendations and help in making choice of MF, so they prefer going regular.
