Discontinuation of pooling for mutual funds and how it affects Coin

Hey folks, for some clients, we’ve yet to receive status about the allotment and the order status from BSE. This is the reason why some of you are seeing the orders as pending. We are constantly following up with BSE to have this resolved. We’re extremely sorry about this but please give us some time.

Given the scale of the transition, multiple platforms across the industry are facing these issues. Given that this is the first month of the new system, all these issues should be sorted by the next month. Again, we’re really sorry about this, a lot of these things are outside our control at the exchange level :frowning:
