For ^^ all the 3 orders are placed before cut off time ( 2PM ) & Paid through UPI (from my primary HDFC bank linked to zerodha) { which are shown payment success on 5th july } then why i got 6th July NAV instead of 5th July Nav .
This is the question, as iâm expecting same dayâs NAV, Also for few other orders as well i got T+1 day nav instead of T day nav.
7 days passed. No resolution. All of my orders are still pending.
@Bhuvan, I have already DMed you the ticket number. This is really annoying. Still donât know what dayâs NAV would be allotted or if it would be ever allotted or not.

I had multiple orders(SIP and lumpsump) placed on 5th and 6th July, not a single order is alloted yet.
Got a call from Zerodha executive today, he has told to wait till 18july after that either the units will be allotted or amount will be credited back to bank account.
this is not good from zerodha. even if we the order goes through now not sure which days nav will be allotted, during the same time some funds have gone up 2% I have faced a loss already due to this.
Just pathetic from zerodha.

Hey folks, for some clients, weâve yet to receive status about the allotment and the order status from BSE. This is the reason why some of you are seeing the orders as pending. We are constantly following up with BSE to have this resolved. Weâre extremely sorry about this but please give us some time.
Given the scale of the transition, multiple platforms across the industry are facing these issues. Given that this is the first month of the new system, all these issues should be sorted by the next month. Again, weâre really sorry about this, a lot of these things are outside our control at the exchange level
I had two SIP orders (July 1 and July 4) and made payments on July 4 through pending payments (after noticing the July 1 hadnât gone through). Both of them are still stuck on Order Processing (+ Payment Received). So it is basically T+7 days for 1 and T+11 days for another. What should I do?

Now this is the situation- since I trust the process and the company, it would be hard for me (at least) to get convinced to migrate to some other platform for my MF investments.
I know Coin is hit hard by the new rules & I am convinced by the changes. But @Bhuvan let me/us know-
- For my pending orders- would it get ever allotted and if not, by when shall I receive refund? Any deadline for this resolution?
- Would the process be smooth as previos next month onwards?
Iâm sorry, but thatâs what weâre trying to figure out. Weâre constantly in touch with the exchanges. If you could gimme a little more time, iâll update here and on the ticket you have created as well.
Hopefully yes. Weâve made a ton of changes and spent endless hours on calls with the exchanges and the payments gateways to fix issues. Weâre still improving as many things as we can in our control on Coinâs end.
What happens if I do not make payments and the SIP is trigerred? I can see the SIP as âpending executionâ in the âpending paymentsâ page on Coin. If I ignore, will the SIP orders be cancelled on its own after a few days?
@Bhuvan I have a large liquid fund investment stuck from yesterday, RTGS was done to ICCL directly. Itâs a corporate account investment.
I was told all the issues were sorted and so I went ahead with it. Now your support guys tell me it will take a week to reconcile !! Whatâs this ridiculous stuff ??

I had made lumpson investment on 7th July via net banking In the payment page it was mentioned that my linked bank will clear the amount the next day. And accordingly I got NAV OF 8TH July.
Just felt like sharing this since all of you are having problems. Not sure why it worked for me. May be net banking?

@Bhuvan I also have the same problem. My order was placed on the 1st of July 2022 and payment was done on 3rd of july, however, units have not been allocated to me. I tried contacting support they told me that the issue would be resolved by Monday 11th of July 2022 but it didnât happen. I called them today morning so they gave me another promise to resolve the issue by next Monday that is 18th July 2022. I also created a ticket and they closed the ticket by saying âAwaiting reply from BSEStatMFâ.
The ticket number is #20220708988183. It is not acceptable because almost half of the month has passed and the order has not been processed yet.
