So that order can be placed through Kite itself which shows INAV
and Cut-off
time instruction shown in Coin
website.
May be it will easy to do transactions instead traferring unutilized funds to Banks
from Demat
and perform transaction.
Also the payment
and cofirmation
delay can be mitigated, which may not require seperate Coin
website in Future and All Eggs
will be in one basket.
They are two different platform for two different instrument types with different payment flows. Will become incredibly messy.

The MF “buy more” orders are getting NAV of T+1 day ( even if i keep order before cutoff time like 1pm). This is really bad. Previously atleast it used to work fine upto 1:30 pm but now there is no reliability at all which days NAV we will be getting.
I placed 3 orders 2 days back, For 2, T+1 NAV i got & 3rd one still under processing. Not sure when it will process n which days NAV i’ll get it. Also markets r changing very fast.
Is there a strict time before which if i place i get T Nav 100% reliably ( not T+1 or future days ).
{I’m paying through UPI only from my HDFC bank.}

Staying quiet and away from the problem isn’t helping. I need clarification of where the money was sent through the link given to us on Coin. It’s been 4 days and order status is still under process, there must be a problem with the flow that’s unidentified.
Is this even complying with the rules now- no allotments even after 4 business days? Why would a sane person repeat the same from next month and continue being a Coin user if this is the new normal? Had the AMCs received our money, we would have got the units allotment.
Please address the issue.

An order placed earlier, I do not see any option to edit/delete it.
I had placed another order and it’s payment done on 4th July, but still it’s not credited. Where can I go for dispute?

Haven’t tried today as I was prompted only for RTGS and HDFC Bank has 24 hrs as a cooling period for new payees

You can edit in the SIPs tab. This is a processed order.

Is there an amount above which NEFT/RTGS is the only option and Netbanking cannot be used ?
@Bhuvan As asked by you, Created ticket & DM’ed you the ticket information which has Screenshots n all relevant details. Hopefully this wont happen in future , as Same Day’s NAV is very important.

I also completed the payment on 4th July, still units are not alloted.
I have not yet received the confirmation msg from axis as well.
I guess now it’s time to switch to groww for mutual funds.
A physical application via cheque at axis mutual fund would have been processed faster than this.
Very disappointed with zerodha.

This is not funny, after taking away money for few days now you are intimating bank account mismatch/UCC. Now which account money will be refunded? Time to raise a complaint with SEBI

If multiple lumpsum buy orders are placed for same scheme on same day and each of them paid for via UPI, will all be executed?
In the old process, in such cases, only last order was considered if i’m not wrong.
