Discontinuation of pooling for mutual funds and how it affects Coin

My SIP date is coming soon (missed the last month due to bulk payment order failure at BSE starMF for which got the money after 3 weeks, so looking fwd for this month)

  1. How is the situation with the payments made recently? Still issues are there or it is safe to do payment?
  2. What to use? Bulk payment (I have 4 MFs) or individual payment?

I would like to use Coin again, can I do that? Or my order will get cancelled and there will be a refund?

When will we get a feature to deduct money directly from bank(like a mandate) without us paying for SIPs manually? It has become cumbersome to use Coin lately and it’s affecting the habit of SIPs(which is core to MF SIPs). If anyone from zerodha is here, when would the feature be deployed on Coin.

Please check ticket# 20220801793152. Refund is stiil pending for order placed on 28th July.

Yes - I didn’t have any problems with redemption when I had placed orders on Tuesday.

Did you get the refund? I also placed a redemption request on 16th i.e. tuesday, but have not received the amount yet.

Not yet but Tuesday was a settlement holiday, so it would be delayed by one day. I’m expecting it on Monday morning.

Order got rejected but the amount have been deducted.

Hey, I’ve yet not received my refund for failed MF transactions due to some problem on BSE star mf Platform. I don’t know where to raise a complaint too. I’ve got in touch with zerodha support multiple times but I’m getting the same reply over ans over again. My order placed in 25th luckily was successful but the one on 28th was not lucky enough. When should I expect a refund?

I’ve got an error different from all that is reported, I have weekly SIPs to various funds. Everything was going fine till this week. All my orders have been rejected stating TPV Invalid Have raised a ticket, Kindly help @Bhuvan

Only open ticket has a unique situation. The order that failed was for Rs. 2,009 and I got refund of Rs. 1,338. So looks like I need to get a refund of Rs. 671 i.e. the difference between the debited amount and the refunded amount.

I feel the systems have stabilized a lot in this month as compared to July which was a nightmare for most of us. I have weekly SIP’s enabled (my account and family) and so far in this month have not faced any delays.

I wanted to know whether anyone is still facing issues or is it better for all?

@Bhuvan thanks for all the efforts you guys have put in. Are all the issues resolved or there are still some pending?

Never faced any issue with buying SIPs, lumpsum or redemption right from the start. Have done all of these from July 1 and not even a single order had an issue.

May be, just my luck.
