Currently it is not possible to cancel the mandate. We’re working on it.

If you do not wish to pay automatically, you can modify the SIP and and select “None - Pay using payment gateway” option.

I created a Mandate in Zerodha Web. But after 5 days, I still see it in “Processing” state. Team at Zerodha confirmed that it’s an issue. But I am still waiting for it to be resolved. Can you please get it expedited. Zrodha Support Ticket Number: 20221213283351

Now even though mandate creation and processing was successful but now my SIP order is stuck with Pending Mandate Verification state since last 2 days and I missed the SIP date. Another issue involving zerodha. Can’t remember of the times when it was all smooth transacting with zerodha.

I wish there was a way to rename these mandates to some user-friendly ones to identify and link them to individual sips easily.

Any update here? Order is still stuck in the same state. Atleast provide an option to make payment using payment gateway.

My MF order did not get processed on 9th Dec due to order not getting tagged. I was told that I could expect the funds to be returned to my account in about 10 days. It’s been over 10 days, can you check the status of the refund and let me know if there any issues or expected date of the refund.
Apologies for troubling you but the amount is material and it’s been over 10 days.
