Sorry about this, checking.
@Bhuvan @nithin AMC SIP mandate worked smoothly for a month and then for last 2 SIPs, there are issues.
16th Jan SIP- Money got deducted from my account and then no units were allocated until 19th Jan (after I raised a support ticket)
19th Jan SIP - Money did not get deducted till now. I called your support to check it.
And your customer care has no clue, as usual their reply is âwe will check with mutual fund team and get back after X hoursâ, but they do not bother to call back after X hours.
Earlier I faced issues few times when my money was stuck for couple of weeks and all blame was put on BSE StAR, no interest was paid even after promising for it. If you guys cannot provide a stable MF system then only option is to start my SIPs in MF Central. I cannot call your customer care for every SIP and then keep calling them to get an update.
Having this checked, Pranav.
@Bhuvan, Deepak from you team called me yesterday and explained me the issue for 16th Jan SIP. For 19th Jan SIP, he told it will mostly be cancelled but mandate amount got debited today. Can you please get it checked why there was a delay?
@Bhuvan Raised Support case #20230123972582
The SIP that was placed on 20th Jan has still not executed.
Please get this checked.
Checking this.
Iâm trying to have my signature proof/cmr copy emailed to me from zerodha console. Not receiving any email even after an hour, earlier used to get it immediately in the email.
Are there any issues going on in the platform?
Thank you. Just received it.
Made an SIP payment today and noticed the UPI ID has changed.
Earlier, the payments used to be made to âbsestarmfrzp@iciciâ, now itâs to âzerodhamf@hdfcbankâ. Was slightly shaky initially but did receive the acknowledgment email, so should be okay I guessâŚ
Do we have an eta for below features?
a) supporting e-mandates from secondary bank account
b) ability to delete already created e-mandates
Am so skeptical now. What if we face these issues when we redeem our holdings? We canât be raising tickets and following up.
The trust factor has gone down and I have paused all investments through coin.
Anybody who has moved to a different platform?
I think there will not be any issue while redeeming as when you place redemption request the amount will be credited to the linked bank account.
For me the SIP and new purchase were NOT smooth for last few times. These were the few issues faced -
- SIP amount got debited but units were not allocated until I raised a complaint.
- SIP amount through e-mandate was debited very late in the day or next day and I was given T+1, T+2 day NAV instead of T day NAV.
- Transfer fund using UPI error while making new purchase throughout the day on 3rd Feb.
Definitely Coin is getting more and more unreliable, transacting is not as smooth as it used to be. But since I want to have all my investments at one place, I am badly stuck here.
@Bhuvan @nithin can something be done to bring the investors confidence back?
@Bhuvan Deepak from your team explained me the SIP issues earlier. What was the issue on 3rd Feb for which I shared the screenshot above and did not hear back? Was it again due to banking issue which is beyond your control?

There havenât been any issues with redemptions, Karthik. Most of issues you notice in the thread have been due to banking issues, which arenât in our control and common across the industry. Having said that we have made several significant changes in the backend to improve the reliability of payments and we continue to make those changes. Please let me know if you notice any issues.
I bought mf units today on coin and instead of BSESTAR my upi payment was credited to ZERODHA MUTUAL. Is there any change in payment mechanism?
Moreover, the e mandate I had created for ICCL/bsestar is not showing in console, do I need to create a new one? @Bhuvan @ShubhS9
Nothing changes. We werenât offering MF APIs due to regulatory issues
We switched our banks and hence this.
Will show on Coin. The mandates on Console are for your trading account
