Dividend not paid

Hey need some help folks , I am new to the stock market world , the query I have is HDFC Bank gave a dividend of 19.5 rs with ex date as 10 may, so when will it be deposited in my account

HDFC Bank Dividend... DIDN'T RECEIVE YET

It is self explanatory if you read the announcement. [image] Record date has no relation with when dividend will be paid. For all companies, final dividend are always declared with Q4 results, but require shareholder approval in AGM. This was HDFC bank’s calendar for last year. [image] This year too more or less you can expect same dates. SO don’t expect dividend payment before mid August.
