Ichimoku indicator was build keeping daily candles in view, i.e it take 26 candles for calculating. So does it work well on shorter timeframes like 30 minutes and 10 minutes?
Yes you can use Ichimoku clouds for lower time frames also. like 10 or 15 minutes candles
As with any other indicator the same logic applies here as well. The higher the time frame more relaible it is. So i would say if you must use it on 30 mins make sure the higher time frame are also in sync and not in opposite direction for a sucessful trade.
