Its a fact that returns from the stock market cannot be really predicted accurately. But given the hype about loosing in the markets and numerous scary things, investing in markets looks gloomy. Do people who invest in markets really make enough money that outperforms the returns from basic investment instruments available like Fixed Deposits, Bonds, etc? Pl share your experiences…
I will tell you one thing , for making money you needs guts and knowledge, what our people do buying 2 rs penny stock in huge quntatity, thought that they will become rich by this, thats the problem dude, market is the place where fortunes are lost and made and it depends upon you , to choose former or latter, you are talking about investment , know people in friends circle , doing trading , rarely (1 to 5 out of 100chance) loosing money , in my view success to market is to avoid charts , charts are most stupid thing in the world , look at fiis and big hni players , they rarely use charts (except only for some purpose), market runs on fundamentals not on charts, you himself take charts shows that in tommorow market will remain up , but dow jones falls due to ongoing correction in market, then tell me whether charts will take market up ( stop loosing money on lines, uppar ja rahe hae to buy karlo, niche aa rahe hae to sell kardo, 20 point profit, 10 point stopploss!) and now some stupid will come and say me oh what you know about charts , dude they help us in making money , bullshit!
You are correct,absolutely…
NO fundamental. NO technical..You can make money in market only by your experiance.
I make. But I dont tell you how.
Hi Nishant,
You say markets run on fundamentals.
A case in point is Bank of Baroda. Today i.e. 06/11/2015, BoB came out with the Q2 results and they were horrible. Their profits tanked 89% and the NPA worsened. It was a pathetic performance. What does the stock do? It goes up 5%.
Can you believe it?
Now, on the very same day, SBI also came out with Q2 results and they beat the street estimates and what happens to the stock? It jumps 5% (same as Bob) and righty so.
What a joke!
So where is the fundamental driven market? Nowhere.
All that there is, is the reality that the big players (institutional investors) have the capability to rig the market as they see fit and we (retail investors/traders) who try to play by the rationale get cheated and fooled.
Lol, that answer was bullshit.
