Do the farmers/traders trading in commodity segment give and take the delivery of the underlying commodity or is it cash settled just like Futures?

Check this link. You can also download the commodity snapshot from this link. Yes there are cash settled contracts similar to those  on the stock markets, like crude, copper, etc. But most commodities also have an option to give and take delivery. All agri-commodities have delivery option.
