The only thing which can actually help is stop trading. No ifs and buts but actually to stop our losses we need to stop somewhere rather than increasing losses.

Agreed, bro. Sometimes the best trade is no trade. The key is knowing when to step aside, protect your capital, and come back when you have a clear setup. Losses ko recover karne ke chakkar mein aur bade losses lena makes things worse.
