Do zerodha pilfer(steal very small amount) from bought MFs

Hi team I have seen a pattern, whenever i buy a MF i do not get whole NAV for the purchased amount. For example I bought tata digital Indian MF of 25k but i got MF worth 24998.73, which is a difference of 1.27 rs. This amount is also not being refunded back to my bank account.
I have seen this pattern with my SIPs. I do not get the MF for the money I have paid and also the remaining amount is not being transferred back to me. Some very small amount is being deducted. Is there any reasoning for it?

There is a stamp duty charge for the purchase of mutual funds at a rate of 0.005%, which is adjusted with the units allotted.
