exchange sends messages, broker sends contract notes

they’re doing what’s mandatory for them as said by the regulator and maybe don’t bother much about what’s useful to clients but not mandatory. But this complete info should be made accessible.

I am facing same issue. Not sure why individual transaction brokerage is not included. Is it be because they are overcharging or they don’t want client to not know the details?

These are the things make Zerodha suspicious. We users need to be able to see the all and exact charges easily in one place. Otherwise, it is like cheating.
