Does Streak Replies to Paid Customers Only?

I emailed and tweeted @Streak about webhook availability but they never replied, seems they reply to paid customers only?

We reply to everyone, some questions are based on existing features are strategies, about our team responds to the best of their ability in a very fast and reasonable timeline.
Certain questions like this are something that they need to consult with various teams internally, which might take some time.
Answering your questions, webhooks are something we have asked a few times, and have in our pipeline. We are at the moment focused on enriching the platform with more features before we start opening up external utilities. We will keep you posted here and on our blog(blog.streak.tech) once this along with other utilities is enabled.
