Where can I find FII and DII F&O long and short percentage. Like 70% long in index futures and 60% long in stock sutures. I know I can get this data on nse website. But daily exporting to excel and then calculating is a bit of a headache. So can I get a website where it says this index and stocks future long percentage in like a table and graph ?

You can google “fii and dii activity”. The first nse link or money control link in the Google search results will give you this data
