Easi/easiest login

as i am logging after centuries, i am not sure of password.

  • when i click on reset pw, in step 2 it says BOID not registered.

  • when i go back and click on register for easi, it says BOID already registered.

  • when i click on register for easiest, it says login to easi then click on move to easiest.

anyone who knows, plz advice

Are you sure of your username? If not then -

2 step to get back access -

  1. Raise a ticket on support.zerodha.com asking for your username.
  2. Use your username on https://web.cdslindia.com/myeasi/home/login and recover your password by using ‘Forgot Password’ option.
