I had CAPF shares but after the merger, the IDFCBANK shares haven’t shown up in my holdings yet as of today. Any idea when will this happen? Thanks.
@Sam_indori : should list in this week and the same should be in your trading account as and when listing take place.

On the effect of the scheme of amalgamation, the board of directors conduct a meeting and approve the allotment of shares in the transferee company.
The board of IDFC Bank conducted a Meeting of Allotment on 05/01/2018 and have approved the allotment of shares as per the share exchange ratio in the terms of the scheme (139 shares in IDFC Bank for every 10 shares in Capital First). These shares should be allotted to you by this week. The new shares will be credited in your demat account with a temporary ISIN. On receiving the approval for trading from the exchanges and depositories, these new shares will then be assigned the permanent ISIN and will be available for trading from then on.
