I have some positions in Nifty Options with pledged collateral margin. Now if I unpledge the collateral, then will my positions be squared-off. I am not planning to withdraw that money, just want to invest in some other mutual fund through coin without affecting my positions. Is it possible @siva ?

Not possible, wait for the options to expire, then unpledge and buy other things. If not unnecessary penalties you may end up paying or even RMS might close your positions.
