@nithin man can you point out some changes with regards to this recent suggestions by sebi ,I am a occasional stock option buyer and on rare days also buys index derivatives how I am being affected and how brokers are being effected by this?
Changes haven’t been implemented yet, SEBI has just released consultation paper. If these changes are implemented, as an option buyer, the premiums you pay for buying options will increase due to increase in contract size.
Another change is collecting option premium upfront, this doesn’t affect you as Zerodha user as we already collect option premium up front.
