Eligibility for Bonus

I have bought HISARMET shares on 08 Aug 2016, with bonus(1:2) ex date and record date as 9 Aug 2016 and 10 Aug 2016.

  1. Will be eligible for bonus(In this case Record date being just a day after ex-date, and i have bought on 8th that means, my demat acc. will show them on 10th(which is morning or evening ??? i am not aware, please advise…) since it takes T+2 days.)

  2. How many shares will I be eligible with 1:2 ratio

  3. By when will they be credited.

  4. What is the general rule of Ex date and Record date, to be eligible what should be the last date of buy.

  2. 1 new bonus share for every 2 shares held by you on the closing of 8th AUG.

  3. Few days to few weeks.

You bought the share on 8th AUG , and continued to hold it through the record date, is all that matters
