EMA Formula in zerodha charts

Can someone please share the mathematical formula that zerodha uses for calculating EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE.

The values I am using in standard formula are not matching with the EMA line drawn on zerodha charts.

Alternately, a python code will also do.

What is the smoothing period you are using for the EMA Calculation.For example to calculate a 13 day EMA are you using only 13 days of close price?
