if i got the share of the company that i am working in the scheme of Employee Stock Option Scheme

should i am able to sell that stocks after crediting into my demat account?

or should i need to wait for certain period of time ?example 6 months or 1 year ?

is it possible to transfer Employee Stock Option Scheme share from one dp account to another dp account?

I think if you get the shares at discounted rate, you’ll have to hold it for certain period. If you have received the amount of shares at market price you can sell immediately.
