ERS holding of mutual fund / Demat Account

Is it possible to have a ERS holder (Either or Survivor holder) for a Demat Account or Mutual Fund?

What is the procedure to redeem / claim / transfer the funds to Nominee in case of the death of Demat/Mutual Fund holder?
