can anyone tell me why this happens? my kyc modification rejected due to esign mismatch…

This is an issue with KRA. They are working on solutions to this. Meanwhile, we have sent this to be manually verified.

Ok i will wait few days, if it doesn’t get sorted, i will try to do rekyc again in cams portal…

Still dont understand how can there be mismatch in esign as i have done it via adhar otp… Everytime
