Etf charges and SIP

Hi,

Can someone explain to me what are the charges, taxes, etc on buying and selling etfs, for example mon100, ivzingold, niftybees, etc?

Does it make sense to create an SIP for any of these on a daily basis or is it better to do it monthly considering the transaction charges?

Monthly SIPs are better than daily SIPs.

Charges will be similar as equity delivery trades. 0 brokerage while other charges like STT, ETT will be applicable.

However, Gold, Liquid/GILT and International ETFs do not have STT applicable. More details here.

You can easily calculate the charges using brokerage calculator.

Yes but only on a intraday basis though. Like stocks.
