Eureka rights issue allotment

Hi,

i bought Eureka Industries RE’s through offline market and applied the same in ASBA but the rights allotment date is 12/05/25 and credit date is 17/05/25 but till now i did not get any shares allotted and i did not even get any mail /msg regarding the allotment whether it is allotted or not allotted

can some one suggest if the rights allotment shares are credited or not ?

Hi @Jyothirmai_Gorsa , missed this.

Could yu please clarify on offline market bit. REs are traded only on the exchange during the RE trading window (April 09, 2025 - April 22, 2025), and allotment is based on valid application through ASBA.

If you haven’t received shares or any update yet, we suggest checking your allotment status with the Registrar (RTA) or verifying your demat account statement.

Seems like eureka industries withdraw the rights issue… But what happens to the amount paid to buy REs through offline market? Anyway asba paid amount will be unblocked by bank…

Since the rights issue is withdrawn, the REs become worthless.
