Does SBI allow ASBA? Also, please let me when to apply for it.

From what I understand if I held 3 shares of Franklin Industries, after rights issue and applying for it I will have 4 shares. Correct me if am wrong! Thanks in advance.

Hi @RajeshR15, SBI has ASBA facility. Once you log in to net banking, navigate to e-services > ASBA and IPO/Rights. The entitlement ratio is 3:1, meaning you will receive 3 shares for every 1 share held as of the record date. You will need to apply for these 3 shares upon issue open.
