Hi @Nitin_P / Team,

I had applied for the RE issue and i got about 1500 PP shares in zerodha.

And also i purchased 3000 PP shares from open market in another account. Hope i will get the call notice for paying the remaining amount for these 3000 PP shares.

Thanks

Yes, you will get the call payment notice whenever the company decides to collect the balance payment.

Is there any timeline decided for this?

No, there’s no specific timeline. This depends on the company.

Update: Indiabulls Housing Finance (now known as Sammaan Capital Limited) will be making the first and final call for the payment of partly paid shares. The company has fixed July 22, 2024, as the record date to determine the shareholders of partly paid shares to whom the final call notice would be sent. You can check the announcement from the company here.

As a result, the partly-paid shares of Sammaan Capital Limited (SAMMAANPP) will be suspended from trading on exchanges from July 19, 2024, and you will not be able to see these holdings on Kite.

Event Schedule
Payment ₹ 100 per share
Call Payment Period August 8, 2024 - August 22, 2024
Allotment & Listing Within 2-3 weeks from the last date of payment

How do I make the call payment

You can make call payment via the following modes:

You can check the list of SCSB (Self Certified Syndicate Banks) here.

What will happen if I don’t make the call payment?

If you fail to pay the call money the partly-paid shares may be forfeited (the current Sammaan Capital Limited partly-paid shares you hold will be worthless and will not trade on exchanges as the company will allot new shares under different ISIN). The company may also levy interest on the amount you owe.

Hi All,

small confusion. I am trying to make the payment for call money using HDFC Bank IPO ASBA facility.

  • Under DP Name there are not enough characters allowed to enter “Zerodha Broking Limited” fully .Can i put “Zerodha” instead here ?
  • And “Benificiary Account Number” is the 16digit Id starting with 12081600xxxxxxxx which is mentioned as Demat (BO) in our console profile right ?

Yes, you can enter Zerodha.

Yep.

I missed to make the payment . Now what is the option ?

“Any idea when the listing will be?”

Hello All,

I see the RE’s are now converted into full shares and listed.

However the Buy Average is not reflected in kite. Also it is mentioned that this trade might have some discrepancies and we need to add trades manually.

So i had paid Rs 50/- per share at the time of Rights Issue and Rs 100/- per share as call money. I am little confused as how to compute the buy average and how to add the manual trades.

I am getting a sense that the buy average should be Rs 50 basis this below doc. but that does not make sense.

Please help to clarify thanks.

The average price will be updated automatically from our end. You don’t have to do anything from your end.
