This is the case with me too. I have been alloted the IPO shares but I am seeing this error in my BHIM app.
Transaction Failed.
“MANDATE SIGNATURE IS TAMPERED OR CORRUPT(REMITTER)”.
Would these shares be reflected in my Holdings or not?

I also have same issue of bhim upi failed and got allotment and also received mail from cdsl…can we sell the shares alloted??
