Yes, the logic of FIFO will be applicable here. 10 shares of TCPL out of 89 that you receive will be considered as sold, because here the purchase date would be before 1st Dec, 2023. Your breakdown of holdings will consist of 10 shares purchased on 1st Dec , 2023 and 79 shares purchased on 1st Oct, 2023.

Hi @Bhupen_A, @Jason_Khan, the credit of the amount for fractional entitlement can take some time. However, there’s no specific timeline within which the credit will happen.

Listed from 05 February 2024 and normally it take about 45-60 days from listing date to sell and credit fractional payment by trust appointed.

I had 2010 shares @345 LTP (value=693048) of Tata Coffee and 70 shares of Tata consumers @854 = LTP TV = 60000. After corporate action, my broker shows in my portfolio 680 shares @ 1360 can anybody explain why the rate is so high?
